By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the vipph42 platform — including the website at vipph42.net, any associated mobile application, or any service made available through vipph42 — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and vipph42 (the "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account if one has been created.

Your continued use of the vipph42 platform following any published update to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The most recent version will always be published at vipph42.net/terms-conditions.

Access to and use of vipph42 is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style online gambling under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. No exceptions will be made.
• You are a resident of or are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the vipph42 platform or had an account terminated for cause.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of vipph42, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

To access the full range of vipph42 services, you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.

3.1 Account Accuracy

All information submitted during registration must be truthful and verifiable. vipph42 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — at any point during your account's lifetime. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the vipph42 platform. Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. vipph42 will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances or pending withdrawals associated with those accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorized by you — is your sole responsibility. You agree to notify vipph42 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

vipph42 conducts KYC verification in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed to vipph42's satisfaction. KYC documents are processed securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All financial transactions on vipph42 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests made through the platform.

4.1 Deposits

vipph42 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to your account immediately upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect.

vipph42 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. The payment method used for deposit must be registered in your own name and match the verified identity on your vipph42 account. Deposits from unverified or mismatched sources may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) hour under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days.

vipph42 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

4.3 Transaction Fees

vipph42 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own fees or charges. vipph42 is not responsible for any third-party fees incurred in connection with transactions to or from your vipph42 account.

vipph42 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game contributions will be specified in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been fully met.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent vipph42 bonus or promotional structures — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to fulfil wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to guarantee bonus outcomes — constitutes bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited. vipph42 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals, and permanently close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

5.3 Promotion Validity

All promotions have defined start and end dates. vipph42 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of its cancellation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

All bets placed on vipph42 — whether on sports events, live casino games, slots, bingo, fish hunter, or any other product — are subject to the game-specific rules published on the platform, as well as the following general betting terms.

• Bet Finality: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the vipph42 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Confirmation is indicated by a bet reference number being issued to the player.

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity conducted through the platform.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, data loss, or system downtime, whether or not caused by factors within vipph42's control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or regulatory requirements.
• Decisions made by you based on information or content published on the vipph42 platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, or editorial content.

vipph42 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.
